This clean two bedroom 1 and a half bath with pull out couch in the
living room makes for plenty of room for you and quests. Fully
furnished with all utilities included, high speed Internet, cable
TV, and phone with free US long distance.

Kitchen is stocked with all appliances including microwave, coffee
pot, stove, dishes, pots, pans and utensils etc. Also included are a
Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The screened in Lanai with
patio furniture is perfect for dining with propane grill included.
The back yard is fenced with a small doggie door entrance to the
Lanai.
There is a waterfront canal right outside the back door with Gulf
access. Abundant wildlife such as tropical birds, manatee, deer, and
Mermaids. Ha Ha. There are plenty of largemouth bass, bluegill,
among other fish caught right outside on the 3 layer deck in the
backyard. Bring your fishing poles or use ours. This property has
its
own private boat launch. Also provided is a 14’ aluminum row boat.
This canal leads to the Weeki Wachee river with beaches along the
way
for great fishing or swimming. The Weeki Wachee River connects to
the
Gulf of Mexico. Crab pots are here for you to use if you would like
to have some fun and good eating.

The Gulf is a mile away as the pelican flies. A beautiful white sand
public beach is there. A great place for that tropical feeling.
Weeki Wachee is famous for the Mermaid show and theme park located
just 3 miles down the road. The bird sanctuary there is also
surrounding this property.
Other attractions close by are Busch Gardens; Tarpon springs sponge
docks with fishing charters available for the big catches. Never a
dull moment on Pier 60 in Tampa, with concerts and events 30 miles
south. Disneyworld, in Orlando is a couple hour drive, but one day
trips are great adventures in many directions. Or just stay home
with
a margarita and sand between your toes.
The neighbors are very friendly and will let you know to feed the
otters cookies, and the Great blue heron and egrets (Gus and Snow)
hot dogs when they make their daily visits. It is not unusual to see
Manatee and their calves swim up to our dock.
