The community is conviniently situated: it is approximately 3 miles from the Vanderbilt beach, 10 minutes to Downtown of Naples. Close to shopping and excellent restaurants, abundance of golf courses nearby. All in all it is the wonderful North Naples location. Bridgewater Bay is the community of single family homes, Garden hmes, Coach homes. The community is gated and located on 12 lakes. Community offers the following: beatiful club house with the multi-media room, social center, fitness center, two swimming pools, hot tub, billiard table and lovely recreation area, wet and dry sauna, tennis court, bike/walk paths. Just a few miles drive to Rt. 75 and a few miles to Rt.41, Fort Myers airport 25 min. The condo/villa was build in 2005.

2 bedroom + Den first floor unit has a wonderful open floor
plan with. Spacious Fully Equipped kitchen with breakfast nook looks
out over the Living-Dining area. Living Room opens to large screened
Lanai that Overlooks Lake. Master Bedroom has lake view as well.

Master bedroom has king-size bed, private bathroom with two sinks,
and walk-in closet. Second bedroom decorated with the bedroom set and has a quin size bed. Den is set up as an office, but there is the space for Queen-size bed (have available quin size raised mattress). Bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of house tiled with the diagonal ceramic tile.

There is an attached garage with electric opener and direct access
into the unit. Laundry has full-size washer and dryer. Dishwasher,
icemaker, and garbage disposal also included. The lanai has a dining
and lounging area.
