Cozy garden studio, located on the famous Silverado Trail, gateway to renowned wineries and restaurants.  Come fly over the valley in the hot air balloon rides.  Sample wines, great food, attend the special events throughout the year!

[INSIDE]: Spacious studio, 1 bath, within city of Napa just minutes away from all the valley has to offer.  Approx. 800 sq ft of privacy overlooking wooded garden area.  Romantic bathroom has jetted tub for two, in addition a free standing glass shower with separate vanity.  Queen bed & day bed w/2 twins. Living room area has sofa, love, upholstered ottoman, gas granite fireplace.  TV amoire w/pull out swivel tray for directional viewing.  Furnished in detail with original artwork, antiques, candles, bath salts.  Local maps provided as well as listing of our fine restaurants.

Kitchenette with refrig, toaster oven, microwave, all dishware, table linens,
accessories.

Studio is sound proofed for additional quietness.

[OUTSIDE]: After a busy day in the valley, soak in your intimate private hot tub perched on spacious deck overlooking 1/2 acre of wooded gardens.

Large gas BBQ on redwood deck w/all accessories.

Lounging chairs, table for outside relaxing.  Property is 1/2 acre of many trees, flower gardens & lawn.  Guests may stroll thru the grounds.  Colorful picnic table and benches on lower lawn area for your enjoyment as well.  Country type setting.

NO OTHER RENTALS are on property.  

Downtown Napa is just a few minutes away by car.  Close to Oxbow Market, Napa River Walk, Chef's Market, Opera House, Wine Train, world acclaimed restaurants, new ones: Marimoto's, Fish Story, Tyler Florence Rotisserie, and Michael Chiarello's Bottega in Yountville.  Golf courses, cycling and ballooning.

Access to "up valley" is easy, via the Silverado Trail which is one of the main routes to Calistoga, as well as St. Helena.  Hundreds of wineries are located off the Silverado Trail.

San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, East Bay, as well as ocean beaches are within a short drive away.

If you have an allergy to down, please advise, so that alternate pillows and coverlet may be available for your use.

Cozy, romantic hot tub/spa on redwood deck overlooking spacious, wooded yard, candlelit setting. So very private.  Sip a glass of wine while enjoying a beautiful sunset. Large towels provided.

Pet friendly.  Pets enjoy the spacious yard.  We love pets, and there is also a very large chain link fenced dog run on lower area of property if you wish to use.

Wine tours; Napa Wine Train; Opera House, Oxbow Market, Napa River Excursions, Spa Treatments. 

Silo's Jazz Club with nightly entertainment.  Headfeather's - features "blues" music/entertainment by top name entertainers.  Both great places!  During summer, Thursday evenings downtown we have "Chef's Market", featuring local chef's, food, crafts, live music.  Great food and a fun experience.

20 minutes from/to Sonoma, as well as 20 minutes to Six Flags Marine World.  Short days drive to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, East Bay as well as the ocean.  The Vallejo ferry also close by for a "different" method of traveling to San Francisco.  San Fran, Berkeley, and East Bay take approx. 45-60 minutes, depending upon time of day.

April - October 31: $200/nt (Mon-Thurs)..$250/nt (Fri-Sun)  $1475. week.
3-night minimum.  3-night minimum on weekends & holidays.   

Nov - Dec: $170/nt (Mon-Thurs)..$185/nt (Fri-Sun)..$1200 week.

 2-night minimum...3-night minimum on holidays.  Rate for holidays at high season rate.

Rate based on sgl/dbl occupancy of queen bed.  Add'l twin bed(s) at small add'l rate.  Please inquire.

50% deposit required to secure your dates of stay, balance due before 30 days of arrival.  Payment may be by personal check or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). 3% cc processing fee added. 4% fee for non-USA.

Credit card information & copy of drivers license required. 
$200 security deposit required, separate from rental rate, refundable within 7 days of departure.
