Vacation Rental Description

Lakeview cottage with year round views of the lake! 2bedroom with 
office/utility room, and 1 full bath. Full kitchen includes oven, 
refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. 2 bedrooms with 
full size beds, office with full sized futon couch. Some towels and bed linens 
provided. Completely remodeled with coastal charm! Great 
room overlooking lake with vaulted wood ceilings. Patio that 
overlooks lake for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. 
Your own private picnic table and firepit for roasting marshmellows!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cottage has partial lake frontage.  NO DOCK available for overnight storage. Marinas private loading 
dock is located next door to load your boat or watercraft. Marina has a 
pool, laundry room, and childrens playgrounds. 

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful walking paths to historic Allatoona Pass, a battle ground 
for civil war enthusists. Shopping and mulitiple dining restaurants 
within miles. Rent a boat or jet ski from a local marina for the day 
or take your own canoe(we have one of our own on the property) for 
the afternoon. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$99 per night (3 night minimum)
$250 weekend rate (Friday afternoon-Sunday noon)
$500 weekly rate
Tax's and one time cleaing fee required.


$1200 monthly rate (minumum 3 months only available fall and winter)
