This is a great studio in South Beach with great amenities and everything working perfectly. The apartment looks like it was recently renovated and the furniture has good quality and are new. I am very picky but I can say that it was very clean. The room was spacious, the Internet worked very fast and it was free of charge and local calls were free as well. The mattress were simply "delicious". Big TV with great digital reception, clock alarm, answering machine. I just wished they had a laundry in the building but it was not a problem as I was on vacation and really didn't need it. It faces the city and the sunset with the beautiful Miami sky changing colors really caught my attention. The management was very professional and the entire process was very easy and clear. I had no negative issues, no complaints and the services were impecable from the begining to the end of my staying. The local area has plenty of great restaurantes, great shopping, great public transportation, taxi cabs, a couple of 24 hours pharmacies nearby. Lincoln Road, the very charming pedestrian street with lots of shopping, cafes etc is just 2 blocks away. The famous Ocean Drive is also 3 blocks from the property. The common areas are also very nice. A good and nice art deco style swimming pool, access to the beach. I could simply live there and I recommend it. Thank you

Nice Studio! 5 Stars Services!

Very nice, very clean, very close to all hot points in South Beach like the beautiful Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road with great restaurants and shopping. The room is exactly what I was told it would be. The WiFi was free and fast, the room also had a safe that was free and use to manage. The price as very nice and I asked the front desk how much they were asking just to compare and their prices was exactly the double for a room with half of the amenities I had with no extra charges... Impressive.... The room also had beach chairs. The services provided by Miami Reservation Center was really 5 stars. The parking garage was close. I came on a short business trip but I want to come back and spend at least one week in this nice room again. Special thanks to Vincenzo that gave me all the tips for the areas nearby in my native language Portuguese... I forgot to mention that the weather was beautiful.. I love Miami even more... Thank you guys again!

Beautiful Studio in the heart of South Beach

I stayed for a week with my girlfriend at this beautiful studio. Everything needed was there.. big TV, DVD player, safe, Internet, etc.. etc. Thumbs Up! Room was clean, furniture was new and not damaged. The mattresses were great, specially after 10 hours travelling.The room is very well maintained as we could notice. The location was perfect as we were attending some meetings at the Convention Center about 2 blocks away. Parking was a little difficult to find on the weekend but the guys at Miami Reservation Center offered us a 24 hours pass for 20 bucks, half of the price offered nearby.. It did work very well. They were also very helpful and nice, specially Roberto whom waited for us as our flight was really delayed. The check in procedure was fast and we had what have been asked for. The property is right on the beach and we couldn't ask for more. It seems like the lobby has been recently renovated and look like a 5 stars hotel. The swimming pool was great, no complaints. The room had a city view, which was nice, facing the actions on Collins Avenue. We highly recommend and want to try the ocean view next time as it was already booked..so Rob, we will be in touch with you for our next great vacation and your great services!!!!!!!!!! Say hi to your assistant Vincenzo as well, the nice italian guy.. We can't wait to go back!
