Vacation Rental Rates

$500 a week or $1800 a month ***Summer special***
Payment by US dollars, cashiers check, or money order. Cleaning fee,
Pet fee and refundable security deposit not included. 
Cancellations accepted in writing, up to one month (30 calendar days)
prior to arrival for a full refund. Notice must be given in writing. 
Within one month rent is nonrefundable
