Vacation Rental Description

Luxury Vacation Home with large heated screened pool area with BBQ.  
Very peaceful and tranquil family home in a quite neighborhood. A  
beautiful home with sliding doors all along the back.   The heated  
pool is south facing so gets the sun all day. 
 
The house is three minutes from Champions Gate golf courses and 20-30  
minutes from Disney World and all other attractions. The Highway 192  
is 15 minutes drive. No Smoking: inquire for outdoors only*  
 
Orlando International Airport is 20-25 minutes drive and Sanford  
Airport is 45-50 minutes drive. Disney World is only 10-12 minutes  
drive Via either the Interstate 4 or Old Lake Wilson Road. 
 
There is a large 40 acre lake mearby on Thousand Oaks Road for  
fishing and bird watching. Supermarkets, shops and Restaurants are  
nearby at Champions Gate resort.

heated pool; carpet through-out. The kitchen is superbly equipped to  
enable you to cook a complete supper or a light lunch/breakfast. Our  
vacation home has been designed and furnished high standards better  
than a Hotel as we provide the perfect atomosphere for a family  
vacation.

Master suite 1: KING bed/27"dvd/cable tv/walk-in closet/suite with separate shower and roman tub- 
bathroom. 
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with dresser and end table 
Bedroom 3: Twin beds with ceiling fan 
 
Bathrooms: All bathrooms have showers and toilet/ vanity units including en-suite to master  
bedrooms.  All  
bathrooms include hair  dryer and comlimentary toilet paper and cleaning products to maintain a  
clean home. 
 
Kitchen: Luxury fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher,  
microwave, oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, blender, kettle,  
coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, all non-stick pots pans  
utensils and towels.  
 
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge, dining and breakfast area nook with  
seating stools. 2 sofas queen sofa bed ), coffee table, 2 side  
tables with lamps, 37" Digital TV  
cabinet, DVD, stereo, one breakfast table with 4 chairs and a dining  
table with 6 chairs and new digital phone with free nationwide calls.

Cleaning/towels/linen:  All towels and linen are included in the price and is cleaned prior to your  
arrival.  
 
Pool Area: Large extended decking with large pool/spa for maximum exposure to the sun (heat  
available, if  
required. Recommended October–April) with lighting. Loungers, 8 chairs patio set with patio dinning  
set, 
and pool toys.

A central location to Orlando’s theme parks, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of  
Adventure,  
and more. International Drive attractions, Designer Outlets and shopping malls, are all within easy  
reach. In  
addition to Orlando’s key attractions, you will find a host of other local activities. These include  
Fishing, Horse  
Riding, Airboats, Sailing, and Water-Skiing. On site management and conciege services. Activities  
(on site or  
nearby)are golf, tennis, gym and fishing. Walmart (1 miles away), Disney (15 minute drive),  
Universal Studios
