Kitchen fully stocked to prepare a lovely meal:
microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender,coffee maker,& attractive
table settings.

Washer and dryer in our condo for PRIVATE use.

The skiing is fabulous and nearby. There are also all the other winter
sports like cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.

The FREE BUS LINE is out the door across the parking lot. The bus runs
every 20 minutes from 8 a.m.-5p.m. and after 5pm it runs every 30
minutes. The CABRIOLET "People Movers" takes skiers to the Canyons Ski
Resort and you can catch it at the same spot as the bus.
The Club House is across the parking lot with two full size swimming
pools, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis courts. In the summer
the pools are open for adults from 10a.m.-11 am and 11a.m.-9 pm for
everyone.
The club house closes the day after Labor Day and opens Thanksgiving.
There is a heated pool, two jacuzzi and a sauna which are open from
3p.m.-10 pm.

Downtown Park City is 2.5 miles south with GREAT shopping boutiques
and galleries with exclusive one of kind purchases. The restaurants
will please any gourmet's taste buds. There are cultural activities
year round, concerts and gallery walks in summer and don't forget
Sundance Film Festivals.

Kimball Junction is 3 miles north with grocery stores, restaurants,
theaters, and a very large OUTLET MALL!

The OLYMPIC PARK is just down the road about 3 miles, it is fabulous
to visit. You can watch the young people ski off the jumps all year
round, in summer they jump into the swimming pools, awesome to watch!!

Summer and Fall are beautiful with unlimited outdoor activities
including horseback riding, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fishing,
boating, swimming, or just sitting on the deck enjoying the view, cool
breezes and a good book. The evenings are cool and the sleeping is
great. We have ceiling fans if needed.

Holidays: $200 nightly with a 5 day minimum
Regular Season: $175 nightly with a 3 day minimum
Low Season: $125 nightly with a 3 day minimum

NO PETS & NO SMOKING

A cleaning deposit of $60 plus a damage deposit of $250 is required
which is fully refundable if no damage is incurred and the key is
returned. A deposit of half
the total amount is due immediately to reserve dates. The cleaning fee
and damage deposit is due with the remainder of the rent 30 days
before arrival date.

A reservation confirmation contract will be sent upon receiving deposit.
