Vacation Rental Description

The villa is located in a quiet golf course neighborhood less than 5  
miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport and 3 miles west of I75 at  
University Parkway exit.   
The villa is 1900 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.  A huge master  
bedroom suite (24x15)includes 2 large mirrored closets with a sitting  
area.  The second bedroom has 2 single beds with 1 large mirrored  
closet. 
The master bathroom features a shower and whirlpool bath.  The guest  
bathroom features a walk in tiled shower stall.   
The family room features a leather sofa sectional with recliners at  
each end.  The entertainment center includes a 36" tv, dvd player,  
vcr and stereo system. 
The large kitchen(16x13)features handmade cabinetry and fully stocked  
with everything you would need.  The appliances include a brand new,  
very quiet dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and insinkerator  
(instant boiling water).  Appliance service contract is included. 
The formal dining room includes a dry sink and buffet with a complete  
set of china.   
Adjoining the dining room is a bar area including a luxurious built  
in custom unit with a sink and fully stocked with glassware for any  
occasion. 
The lanai includes verticle blinds across 2 sliding glass doorways to  
provide privacy for a pullout queensize sofabed.  The enclosed lanai   
(26x12) also includes a rattan table and chairs for your breakfast  
enjoyment.

The location offers very eacy access to excellent shopping and  
restaurants to satisfy nearly everyone.  The beaches of Siesta Key,  
Lido and Anna Maria are within 30 minutes.  Within driving distance  
to Busch Gardens, Disney in Orlando, Mote Aquarium, St Armands Circle  
and numerous golf courses and professional baseball stadiums in  
Sarasota (10 Min) and Bradenton (15 Min.).

Vacation Rental Rates

Golf privileges negotiable. 
January through April - $2600 
For balance of the year, please email with your rental needs and we  
will discuss a competitive rate. 
One month minimum rental due to association regulations.  Tenent  
responsible for all electricity over $50 per month; also 3% state and  
resort tax extra for all rentals less than 6 months.  $100 cleaning  
fee paid in advance for cleaning upon vacating.  Deposit and or total  
amount required due at time of reservation; however this depends upon  
how far in advance said reservation is made.  $500 security/damage  
deposit required.
