We are situated on scenic Melbourne Harbor, only steps away from 
Historic Downtown Melbourne, which has recently been designated 
a “Main Street U.S.A.” site. Enjoy all the Arts and Antique shops, 
along with a diverse group of Restaurants and local Pubs to choose 
from. We are the only hotel in Historic Downtown Melbourne. We are 
within an hour drive to all Space Coast attractions and Orlando 
theme parks, thus putting us in our superb Space Coast location.  
 
Melbourne Harbor Condominiums is one of the few Condo Hotel’s in the 
Melbourne area.

Melbourne Harbor is only a 5 minute drive over the bridge to the 
Beach.  Whether you want to be active or just kick-back and relax, 
we have something for everyone.  Eco-tours of our protected wildlife 
refuges flourish along the surf.  Enjoy fishing, boating and a host 
of water sport activities from kayak adventures to some of the best-
known surfing along the East Coast.  From dockside marinas harboring

Cancellation Policy:  If you find it necessary to cancel your 
reservations, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to 
avoid a charge of one nights stay.

Deposits:  Deposits are refundable with 30 day notice.

Pet Deposits: Pets under 25lbs are permitted in selected units, $150 
Pet Deposit is required of which $50 is nonrefundable.
