Weekday: $100.00 (October-March) 
Weekend: $125.00 (October-March) 
Weekly:  $500.00 (October-March) 
Weekday: $125.00 (April-September) 
Weekend: $150.00 (April-September) 
Weekly:  $650.00 (April-September) 
~Three Day Minimum for Holiday Weekends & Harley Week: 
$150.00 per day/ $700.00 weekly 
Monthly $1,125.00 Utilities covered up to $145.00(October-March) 
Monthly $1,350.00 Utilities covered up to $145.00 (April-September) 
There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit required upon  
booking. The rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
Cleaning fee $75.00 (required and non-refundable) 
Refundable Security/Reservation Deposit of $500.00  
*If you rent for 3 Months, you will get 50% off on the 4th Month* 
Pets require an additional $200.00 security deposity and a $100.00  
non refundable cleaning fee.
