Gulf View, beautiful condo available March in North Naples

Enjoy the pleasant month of March in warm, sunny South Florida.  The crowds of February are gone and this is a great month to warm up before returning to Spring in the North.

Tropical Getaway is a two bedroom, two bath condo with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico, pool area, and preserve from the living area, lanai and Master bedroom. Located on the 6th floor of a 7-story building, this light, airy condo is in the gated community of Bay Forest in North Naples, Florida. With over 1250 square feet under air plus a lanai, this condo is fully furnished yet uncluttered to allow for your personal items. The condo is painted with light neutral colors and there are tile floors in the living areas and carpet in the two bedrooms.

Tropical Getaway minimum stay is one month.
This is strictly a non-smoking unit leased to non-smokers only.
No pets are allowed by tenants per condo association rules.

Living area has a view of the Gulf with comfortable seating, desk, and entertainment center. There is a VCR and DVD player for use with the cable television. With highspeed wireless Internet and telephone provided, it is possible to stay in touch or even carry on your business from the condo.

The screened lanai is at the west end of the living area through sliding glass doors. With wonderful views, it is a pleasant place to sit on the couch to read or watch sunsets. The table seats four for meals or a game of Bridge or Scrabble.

The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave and double stainless steel sink. Basic small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and hand mixer as well as cookware and utensils are provided. Place settings for eight are furnished.

The dinette off the kitchen faces east for sunrise views and has a table with seating for four.

The master bedroom faces west with a queen size bed and cable television. It has a walk-in closet complete with hangers. The master bathroom has double sinks and an oversized shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The bath has a single sink and a full size tub with shower.

In the condo unit there is a laundry room with a utility sink and full size washer and dryer. The separate locked storage room is useful for luggage. It contains four beach chairs for your use.

All linens, including pool and beach towels, are provided.

Bay Forest is probably one of the more beautiful settings in Naples. The grounds are landscaped with banyan trees, palm trees and tropical flowers. Two fresh water lakes are stocked and can be fished catch and release.

One of the best features is the boardwalk to the back bay. It is a very pleasant place to take a book and read, bird watch or fish from the Chickee hut that sits in the bay at the end of the boardwalk.

Bay Forest is an active community and you can choose to participate in the many planned activities such as bridge, water aerobics, movie viewings, parties and dinners.

Renting the Tropical Getaway condo in Bay Forest means you don't have to go far to have access to some great vacation activities. The following activities available on right on the Bay Forest property:

Bocce Ball - 3 courts.
Horseshoes.
Shuffleboard.
Pool table.
Fitness room located in the Clubhouse.

Two basic bicycles are furnished with the condo.

Tropical Getaway in Bay Forest is located West of Vanderbilt Road and South of Bonita Beach Road in North Naples, Florida. The property goes west from Vanderbilt Road to the bay. Just exit off I-75 at #116 then travel west on Bonita Beach Road and turn south on Vanderbilt Road. This is just a half hour drive from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

Naples is full of great things to do and Tropical Getaway is perfectly located to take advantage of many of them! Just three and a half miles to Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Beach, the condo is also a short drive to Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and Vanderbilt Beach.

Full marina facilities are just half a mile away and over 15 golf courses can be found within a half hour drive. For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking, kayaking, bird watching snorkeling, shelling, and boating opportunities are never far away.

The Naples Philharmonic and Barbara B. Mann Theaters provide access to a variety of cultural events. Hundreds of top-rate restaurants are sure to please every palate.

Shopping abounds from traditional malls to outlet malls to boutique shops. There are Art Shows somewhere in the area almost every week-end and art galleries can be found all over the area.

Longer rentals, six month, or annual leases are available for discounted rates. Rental periods less than six months are taxed at 10%.
There is a cleaning fee of $150 and a damage/cleaning deposit of $1500 (fully refundable if left in same condition).

This unit is Totally Non-Smoking, rented to non-smokers only. There is no place to smoke outside or on the lanai. Any evidence of smoking will result in a mandatory withholding of at least $1000 of the damage/cleaning deposit.

Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee.
