Vacation Rental Description

Villa Solterra is a newly constructed Mexican contempory home , 
uniquely designed to take in the beautiful Pacific ocean views and 
pink sky sunsets. The interior design and furnishings have recently 
been described as " Miami Vica meets Casablanca". take a shower in 
the whimsical 25ft. high "Shower Tower" with 2 shower heads and 
illuminated by a crystal chandelier.
Stroll the cobblestone streets of Pedregal , a gated guarded 
community reminiscent of a seaside village in Spain, and revel in 
the Mediterreanian architecture of the surrounding private homes. 
The Pedregal beach is just a few minutes walk away, and downtown 
Cabo with all it's exciting shopping, restaurants and nightlife is 
just a few short minutes away by car.

Vacation Rental Amenities

High end stainless steel Bosch appliances including 5 burner gas 
cooktop, convection wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, in sink waste 
disposer, double sided refridgerator, separate wine cooler 
refridgerator, digital clothes washer dryer. Water filter. Heated 
infinity pool and Jacuzzi spa. Over sized double gargage.  Satellite 
TV over 200 channels, DVD and CD  Stereo player. Individual air 
conditioning in each room, ceiling fans in every room. 

Activities and Attractions

Two championship tennis courts for exclusive use of Pedregal 
residents and guests. A 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pedregal 
beach.
 Six golf courses within a 45 minute drive or less. Water sports 
including , parasailing, jet ski rentals, boat rentals. Dune buggy 
tours.
