Family vacation home on S. Pebble Beach Dr. in Crescent City on California's Wild Rivers Coast. It has beautiful ocean front views. Watch for whales, pelicans, Aleutian geese and other wildlife from the living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom.
Views of Battery Point Lighthouse to the south and Castle rock to the
north. Pebble beach stairway access one block north. This is a kid
friendly, non-smoking home.

Walking on the beach, tide pool exploring, surfing, kayaking,
wildlife viewing, redwood forests, Smith River fishing/rafting,
offshore fishing. If you have your own horse, we can recommend a stable within 5 minutes of the house. Crescent City has excellent equestrian trails.

October 1 - May 27: $125/night, $800/week, $2700/mo.

May 28 - September 30: $140/night, $900/week, 3200/mo.

2 night minimum stay, 3 night min stay on holiday weekends, 7 night min stay 4th of July.

$60 non-refundable cleaning fee. 8% county bed tax.

$200 refundable security deposit if house is left clean and undamaged.

Half of total due secures reservation, full payment due 2 weeks prior
to arrival.

Cancellation policy: full refund with 14 days notice.
