Vacation Rental Description
Family vacation home on California's Wild Rivers Coast with beautiful
ocean front views. Watch for whales, pelicans, Aleutian geese and
other wildlife from the living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom.
Views of Battery Point Lighthouse to the south and Castle rock to the
north. Pebble beach stairway access one block north. This is a kid
friendly, non-smoking home.

Fully furnished and ready for your arrival.
Gourmet kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer,
gas bbq.
42" HDTV, Satellite reciever. DVD player w/ movies.
Stereo system w/turntable and albums.
Fireplace with firewood. 2 bikes(Crescent City is an excellent bike
riding town, no hills to climb)
1 queen bed, 1 double bed, twin/single beds.
Large back yard w/ RV access.
Activities and Attractions
Walking on the beach, tide pool exploring, surfing, kayaking,
wildlife viewing, redwood forests, Smith River fishing/rafting,
offshore fishing.
Vacation Rental Rates
October 1 - May 23: $125/night, $800/week, $2700/mo.
May 24 - September 30: $140/night, $900/week, 3200/mo.
2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
$60 non-refundable cleaning fee. 8% county bed tax.
$200 refundable security deposit if house is left clean and undamaged.
Half of total due secures reservation, full payment due 2 weeks prior
to arrival.
Cancellation policy: full refund with 14 days notice.
