Historic Judge Fehl House in Ashland

This is the home of the notorious Judge Earl Fehl, who was famous
for
his devious escapades in local politics, including ballot fraud. The
Medford Mail Tribune won the Pulitzer Prize for their coverage of
his
case in the 30's! The home is located in Medford, the hub of
Southern
Oregon.

You will not feel crowded in this 3000 square foot, five bedroom
home, (including the master suite that is furnished with a sleigh
bed
and marble top dressers. The master bath is inviting with its large
clawfoot tub.) The home has a total of four and a half bathrooms
(four bedrooms that have private full bathrooms!), two dining areas,
a living room with pocket doors to separate the dining area.

Sip lemonade on the spacious front porch. A parlor for watching
movies and relaxing, a gourmet kitchen with three ovens and a large
pantry, an equipped laundry room. The over-sized patio is covered
and
is perfect for large groups, receptions, dinner parties, showers,
family reunions, and the large yard will even accommodate a small
wedding (seating for up to 50 guests).


Jacksonville is minutes away featuring its Britt Festival every
summer, bringing in nationally acclaimed musicians and Ashland is 20
minutes away, which proudly boasts the famous Shakespearean
Festival.
Grants Pass, with its Rogue River Jet Boat excursions, are only 30
minutes away. Day trips include: Crater Lake, Oregon Caves, the
Oregon Coast, California Redwoods, Klamath Falls lava tubes and many
mountain lakes. This home can be rented by the day, week, month or
event such as tea parties or dinner parties, showers, etc.
