Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the beautiful Sierra’s.  Enjoy the crisp mountain air  
while relaxing in this brand new 2007, 6 bedroom 4 bath cabin.  This  
2850 square foot home is located in the popular Sierra Pines  
Development of Shaver Lake.  It is a close 50 minute drive from  
Fresno.  Whether it is hiking, backpacking, or mountain biking you  
enjoy, this cabin provides the perfect location.  If water sports  
are more to your liking, you will be just minutes away from the  
lake.  For the cold winter months, the Sierra Summit Ski Area is  
only 26 miles from the front door and the nearest snow park is  
right “around the corner.” 
 
This cabin is ready to meet all of your needs.  There are granite  
counter tops in all four bathrooms and the kitchen, as well as  
custom floor tiles.  There are three flat panel High Definition  
televisions, one per floor, each with satellite programing.   Free  
wireless internet is accessible throughout the cabin and there is an  
insulated two car garage with a washer and dryer as  
well.              
 
The main level family room area is furnished with leather sofas and  
chairs where you will enjoy the view through large windows that look  
out into the redwood and pine trees.  The flat panel television  
offers satellite high definition programing with DVR (TiVo) and a  
DVD player. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel  
appliances, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.   
There is seating for eight around the square, white cedar table  
along with two bar stools at the counter.  There is also a stone gas  
fireplace available for you to enjoy.  From the main level family  
room, French doors open out onto the deck into the clean mountain  
air.  Table and chairs and a gas barbeque on the deck are available  
for your use. 
     
The upstairs has four bedrooms filled with classic log furnishings  
and cabin decor.  Three of the upstairs rooms have king size beds  
and the fourth has a queen.  The Master bedroom also has a walk in  
closet, flat panel HDTV with satellite programing, and a DVD  
player.  The Master bathroom boasts granite counter tops, his and  
hers sinks, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a walk- in glass shower. 
 
The downstairs game room is the perfect place to play and relax.   
There is a pool table, another flat panel high definition television  
with HD satellite programing and DVR (TiVo).  The DVD player  
downstairs is accompanied by a DVD video library along with a Sony  
Playstation 2 (with games).  There is plenty of seating available on  
the micro suede sectional sofa and bar stools.  The downstairs also  
has two additional bedrooms with full size log beds, and night  
stands, and a fourth 3/4 bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.
