Vacation Rental Amenities
Fully furnished, fully applianced with central air-conditioning. TVs in all rooms
with large-screen TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Basic cable provided. Propane grill.
In the heart of downtown Wakefield, near all South County beaches. Walking distance
to restaurants and shopping.
Activities and Attractions
Kayaks (2) provided. Tennis courts and walking areas on property.
Abuts 6-miles of municpal bike path. Swimming and fishing on Silver
Lake. Non-motorized watercraft only.
Vacation Rental Rates
Summer rental (3 month minimum) at $12,000.00. 30% ($3,600) nonrefundable
deposit plus $1,000 damage deposit will hold the reservation.
Remainder due 30 days prior to move in date. Gas and electric
utilities not included. Local phone and basic cable included.
$200 cleaning fee negotiable.
Longer rental term available at adjusted rate.
