Vacation Rental Description

This is a one bedroom loft style condo on the 14th floor over 
looking the city, mountains and baseball stadium. Unit has two sides 
of full height glass, balcony, high end finishes, hardwood floors, 
granite and amazing designer furniture. Everything you need is 
included in this unit - all the amenities and conveniences of home.

We are located a short walking distance to the light rail, bars, 
resturants, LODO, Convention Center, Coors Field, Pepsi Center and 
Invesco field...everything you want and need is within walking 
distance. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Building Amenities Include: Pool, awesome fitness center, conference 
room, media room, business center, conceirge service and daily 
continental breakfast.

Condo Amenties Include: DSL, cable television, local phone 
service ,linens and towels, iron, all kitchen utensils and cookware, 
Plasma TV, Bose surround stereo, and basic cleaning supplies (i.e.: 
broom, vacumm, cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Activities and Attractions

Property is looked in the River Front District of Denver with a 
local park located just steps from the entrance of Glass House. 
There are local shops and places to eat a few hundred yards from 
this building. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily: $150 per day (2 day minimum)
Weekly: $800 equal to $115 per night
Monthly: $2600 equal to $87 per night

-Rates are subject to change at anytime 
-Security Deposit required to hold reservation
-Stays shorter than 3 days will be charged a $60.00 cleaning fee.
