Vacation Rental Description

The best views on the island are seen from this enchanting ninth floor “Camelot”, with all glass 
windows and doors facing the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy dolphin and bird watching from the balcony, 
living room, or second bedroom. This beautifully furnished, exceptionally comfortable condo will be 
your home away from home for years to come. Great A/C and three ceiling fans add to your comfort.
 
The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, entertainment center with 
Cable TV, VCR, and DVD. A mini-library is provided for your pleasure. 
 
The snack bar has two bar stools. The round table has four chairs, with four wooden folding chairs 
to pull up if your crowd grows.
The kitchen is a cook’s delight with beautiful granite countertops, dish-washer, microwave oven, 
stainless steel cookware, toaster, blender, mixer, electric can opener, coffee pot and plenty of 
dishes, glasses, and silverware to feed a crowd.
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, TV, and walk-in closet. 
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ample closet space, floor length windows and sliding glass 
doors leading to the balcony and facing the Gulf of Mexico. The moon across the water at night is 
breath-taking. It shares a full bath with the living area.
 
Linens for beds, baths, and kitchen are furnished. Beach towels are provided for your use during 
your vacation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The master suite features a king sized bed, a full bath, and 
television set.  The second bedroom has sliding doors to the 
balcony, a queen sized bed, and shares a bath with the living 
space.  The living room is comfortably furnished with a sleeper 
sofa, entertainment center, and plenty of additional seating.  The 
dining area features a round table and 4 chairs, while the 
breakfast/snack bar will accommodate two more at mealtime.  The 
equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances allows you the option of 
cooking a gourmet meal while on vacation, or simply heating up 
leftovers from any of the many area restaurants you visit during 
your stay.  

Activities and Attractions

Nearby attractions include Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Imax, golf, 
miniature golf, batting cage, bungee thrill ride, fishing piers, 
movie theater.

By The Sea Complex offers - tennis court, large pool, BBQ area, and 
morning coffee in the lobby.  A lending library on the first floor 
offers book swap for beach reading.

Also in Galveston - jet ski's, surfing, charter fishing, cruises, 
horseback riding, duck tours, strand shopping district, helicopter 
tours, musical theater, and a great night life.

required.  Add 3.75% to total if paying by PayPal.
