Serene water views from the kitchen, dining, living and bedroom  
areas. This is a second floor unit is like a Hawaiin villa with EASY  
access to the beach- 
the private steps off of the patio lead right down to the beach!

Location of this property is fantastic! Situated on the north end of  
the island just a 5 min walk to the pier and Times Square where  
there are shops and restaurants. You will also be steps away from  
The Pink Shell Resort and Spa which offers 2 casual island themed  
open-air restaurants serving fresh seafood and gulf coastal  
appetizers with a majestic view of the Gulf of Mexico, a pool-side  
bar for relaxing with your favorite island drink, and a grocery  
store which serves Starbucks Coffee. There is also an upscale spa  
for pampering and a beach sports hut for rentals of waverunners,  
kayaks, parasailing and daily boat excursions to see the dolphins. 
  
With easy access to the bridge, beautiful Sanibel Island is just a  
15 min drive away where you can visit the shell museum, Ding Darling  
Nature Center, dine at one of the unique restaurants and do some  
shopping.
