3rd floor  Two bedrooms: 1 king size bed with private deck & 1 Queen
bed, & 1 full bath.

Deposits: $500 security deposit with our signed rental agreement.
Will be returned within 14 days after keys have been returned and
property is left in the same condition it was upon your arrival. 50%
of rental amount is due 120 days prior to arrival. Final 50% of rental
is due 30 days prior to arrival.( 4 equal pmt. collected if booked
prior to 5 months.
Personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks accepted for
deposits. Final payment must clear prior to 15 days before check-in.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Must be in writing. This will authorize
the re-renting of the subject unit at the full price at
which time a full refund will be authorized minus $175.00 processing
fee. If the unit is not rented or only at a reduced rate, the
difference shall be deducted from the Tenant and/or be deducted from
moneys received.

Enjoy the beach and boardwalk, mini golf, tennis courts, large
playground with soccer
and baseball field. Parasailing, kayaking , stroll along the beach,
Championship golf course five minutes from home.
Visit Ocean City, Wildwood, Avalon, Stone Harbor, just minutes away.
Atlantic City is 30 minutes away.
