Gorgeous Top Floor Beachfront Condo in Chicxulub in Chicxulub

This lovely 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom, top floor condo is conveniently
located on the beach at Chicxulub. Chicxulub is a short 10 minute
drive from downtown Progreso (or if you like a nice walk along the
beach, it takes about 1/2 hour)where you will find many bars,
restaurants, shopping, banks, hospitals, etc... If you don't have a
car and don't like to walk - no worries! The public bus system is
cheap, VERY easy to use and goes everywhere. Don't have a car,
don't like to walk, don't like the bus...that's ok too. There is a
convenience store and small liquor store right across the street!

A 30 minute drive south (or an easy and inexpensive bus trip) will
take you to Merida, known as the "White City". Merida is the
beautiful capital of the state of Yucatan. In Merida you will find
great restaurants, lovely parks, many interesting museums, wonderful
architecture, abundant shopping, movie theaters,etc...

The condo is equipped with:

*Equipped kitchen with full size stove, refridgerator, microwave,
dishes, pots/pans, utensils,
coffeemaker, toaster, and blender.

*Master bedroom w/Queen bed and attached bathroom
*Second bedroom w/Queen bed
*Third bedroom w/Double bed
*Hammock hooks in all bedrooms and on the terrace

*Combination Safe large enough to hold a laptop computer
*Parking for 2 cars
*Large swimming pool with palm trees and sunning areas

A few doors down is the Marina Silcer where there is a bar and
restaurant and some water equipment for rent.
Other activities besides the beach associated ones (to name just a
few!) are:

*Exploring Mayan ruin sites and cenotes...did you know that Chichen
Itza is one of the 7 Wonders of the World?
*Bird watching...especially flamingoes!
*Golf...there is a top rated golf course nearby
*Exploring the wonderful city of Merida

*Practicing your rusty high school Spanish with the friendliest
local people you would ever want to meet!
The list is really endless. You can do as much or as little as you
like!

July and August - $2500 per month

25% deposit due at booking

All prices are in US Dollars

Transportation to and from the International airport in Merida can
be arranged for an extra charge.
