Vacation Rental Description

Located in Santa Barbara’s Upper East Side, this private 800 sq. ft.  
suite lies within the Mission District, only 1,000 feet from the  
Mission and Rose Gardens.  French Doors open to a private garden and  
yard with both indoor and outdoor dining.  Custom Scandinavian  
leather chairs will sooth your body as you gaze out onto wild oak,  
jacaranda and bougainvillea.  
Our rental is the bottom part of our house, which is completely separated from the top portion(where we live) 
It is completely private ,extremely quiet, and has its own private entrance and yard. This is not an apartment  
building, but in essence your own private residence.  It is 800 sq ft with kitchen,eating area,living area, sleeping  
alcove, full bath and walk in closet. With private off-street parking, only one block from State Street. The  
previous owner built the bottom part for her own private residence so it is very nice. We have furnished it in  
Teak, some antique furniture, and has  a wonderful estate rocking chair with cushions that people love to sit in. 
This is the perfect staging ground for an almost unlimited number of Santa Barbara excursions.  Walk to movies,  
dining and theater.  Most people do not know that Santa Barbara has more restaurants per capita than any  
other city in the entire country – over 400 at last count.   
 
Santa Barbara has been our home for 30 years.  There is a reason we  
went to school here and stayed.  Come enjoy its unique history and  
beauty.

valley, with its wonderful wineries and Indian Casino (they actually  
book some pretty big acts).

$900 per week - $3000 per month 
$350 security deposit 
$50 cleaning fee 
 
Discounted monthly rates - please call. 
 
A 50% deposit by check or money order will hold your booking.  
The balance is required by 30 days prior to check-in.  
Non-refundable if not cancelled within two weeks. 
No pets or smoking please.
