Private Lakefront Home in Roscoe

Large lakefront home with 2,200 square feet living space on a quiet, very private section of Lake Muskoday.  The home has recently been completely renovated and has a brand new kitchen, four bedrooms, a large living room and a large screened in porch overlooking the lake.  You can also enjoy the sunsets from the oversized lakefront dock.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third has two double beds, and the fourth has a single bed and a queen size futon / couch. There is a queen size futon / couch and a single futon / chair in the living room, and a large stone fireplace. Lake Muskopday is a 65 acre non-motorized lake just outside the town of Roscoe (Trout Town USA). Flyfishing at the Beaverkill River and the Willowemoc River are nearby. The lake is stocked with bass, pickeral and catfish, and is surrounded by 195 acres of woods. The house is located just a few miles away from Tennanah Lake Golf and Tennis club and 30 minutes from the Delaware River. Recently opened Bethel Woods - Center for the Arts - offering big name concerts & festivals is located nearby. During the summer there is a farmers market in Roscoe. Plus the local area offers antiquing, craft fairs, and many other activities. Major ski slopes are close enough for a day trip.

November through April = $800 / week, $200 per night (2 night minimum) plus cleaning fee.

May, June, September & October =$1,000 / week, or $250 per night (2 night minimum) plus cleaning fee.

July & August = $1,250 / week (minimum one week stay) plus cleaning fee.

25% security deposit required.

Sales tax = 8% (Sales tax is not applicable for stays of 7 days or more). 

Rate and security to be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy

No pets or smoking.
