located right along Hwy A1A on the barrier island in Vero Beach. OC  
III has private beach access from the condo building.  The unit  
overlooks the ocean and poolside.  The comfortable décor, restful  
environment and magnificent views make our tenants return each  
year!  There is a 30 foot private balcony off the relaxing living  
room. You will fall in love with this slice of “heaven” the moment  
you step foot inside.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Recently renovated in the spring of 2006, this second floor condo  
features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with wall-to-wall ceramic tile  
throughout the condo.  Master bedroom features queen bed with  
beautiful décor and the guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Kitchen  
includes maple cabinets and new appliances (refrigerator,  
dishwasher, microwave, and range).  Other features include cable TV  
with DVD player, washer and dryer, sleeper sofa in living room and  
ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.
