Vacation Rental Description

Brand new 1845 sq ft home in Lake Ashton golf community in Central 
Florida.  The living room is 15x21 that opens to covered 26x10 
screened veranda accessable from living room or breakfast area. The 
veranda is shaded from morning sun by large trees from the preserve 
area, making a very private back yard.  The dining room is open to 
the living room.  The master bedroom suite has two walk-in closets, 
master bath has double raised vanities, jetted tub and walk-in 
shower.  Split guest bedroom is on the opposite side of home with 
slide door to make a second private suite. The second bath has 
tub/shower and raised vanity.  The third bedroom is a den/office.  
The kitchen features self cleaning oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, 
refrigerator w/water and ice maker.  Two car garage with remote 
opener.  Use of golf cart included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is located in adult gated community of Lake Ashton with 36 
hole golf course.  The clubhouse has a ballroom, movie theatre, 
goumet restaurant with dining inside or outside patio by the pool, a 
four lane bowling alley, library and game room, exercise and fitness 
center, arts and crafts room with kiln, computer lab with full 
internet access.  A fully appointed pro shop with second story cafe 
which over looks both lakes and the two 18 hole golf courses also, a 
great place to watch the sunset.  There are two lighted tennis 
courts, shuffleboard and a basketball court.  A pavilion with five 
outdoor grills overlooking a 400 acre lake with boat launch, great 
for fishing.

Activities and Attractions

You are just minutes away from Eagle Ridge Mall and Publix grocery 
store.  Super Wal-Mart is located on Cypress Gardens Blvd only 
minutes away.  You can visit Bok Tower in Lake Wales or go to Cypress 
Gardens Adventure Park in Winter Haven.  It is just a few miles to 
Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Downtown Disney and other attractions 
in Orlando.

Lake Ashton is approximately 30 miles southwest of Orlando 
International Airport and about 50 miles east of Tampa International 
Airport

Vacation Rental Rates

January-March           $2800/month plus tax
April-August            $2300/month plus tax
September-December      $2400/month plus tax

Rental fee includes full use of clubhouse, golf cart, high speed 
internet, all utilities, local phone calls, cable and lawn service 
and monitored alarm service.

One month rental minimum.  Reduced rate for 6 month to 1 year lease.
