Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is a beautiful and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit 
with an extraordinarily large balcony!  The kitchen is fully equipped, 
all new appliances, granite counters, large bar area with stools, tile 
floors throughout the main living areas.  Dining room and family room 
with a sleeper sofa.  There are two sets of sliding doors to the 
balcony, one from the family room and the other from the master bedroom.   
Ceiling fans in the rooms for a relaxing feel, flat screen TV's with 
accessories in all the rooms. This condo has two pools (one is half 
indoor/outdoor) and both are heated year round, hot tub, and a sauna. 
There is an exercise room with aerobic machines for those who are 
eager to stay on track! Two outdoor grills ready for your steaks and 
fish! Parking is covered and a covered cross walk is convenient.  This 
condo has it all!!! And quiet, you don't hear your neighbors! It feels 
like a seond home, very welcoming

Vacation Rental Amenities

A full kitchen for the chef in the family!  A washer and dryer within 
the condo. three flat screen TV's, DVD/VHS player and CD player, local 
telephone service.  Bedrooms have queen size beds, full bathrooms with 
tub showers and linen closets.  Large closets in both bedrooms, 
armoires with plentiful drawer space for clothes.  On the balcony we 
have a beautiful dining table and cushion chairs (very comfortable) 
for dinners by sunset (they are breathtaking from the balcony). The 
balcony also includes 2 chase lounges for relaxing. 
The condo has 2 pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna room, and exercise room that 
overlooks the beach and ocean. Walk directly out onto the sandy beach! 
2 grills by pool side.  Close to everything!

Activities and Attractions

Just minutes to a great gulf course. Snorkel with the dolphins (a 
favorite of many families tat have stayed with us),  Ride the Pirate 
ship out the Shell Island, Walk along the beach (just about 8 min) to 
Pineapple Willy's restaurant, other great restaurants-all just minutes 
away, deep sea fishing, hiking at local State parks, Destin is just 45 
minutes west where the shopping is a favorite. The Aquarium, Ripley's 
museum, go-cart racing (any age, the youngest can ride with you and 
are very safe), Local Zoo, Bring your boat!  Recreation center and 
Shipwreck Island (water park) less than 5 minutes.  There is always 
something to do or see.
