Vacation Rental Description

We are pleased to share our Custom Luxury Mountain home with you. It has over 3600 square feet of comfort  
and luxury amenities in wooded seclusion. Located 6/10 of a mile down a dirt/gravel road you really feel you are  
in a private mountain retreat, with all the amenities to relax, recoup, and unwind.  
 
Our home has vaulted ceilings with a skylight, a glass door wood burning stove great for watching a roaring fire  
and staying toasty warm in the winter. Our home is situated on over 5 acres and has over 1000 acres of forest  
directly in front of it.  
 
Our favorite amenity is the hot tub located on the huge deck that runs the entire length of the home. From all  
rooms in the home there are panoramic views of the surrounding woods and you will enjoy watching the  
sunrise, moon rise, and shooting stars.  
 
Each room is tastefully decorated. All three bedrooms are large and have Cal-King beds and premium bedding.  
All bedrooms have a private bathroom and quality linens are provided.  
 
The master bedroom is a luxury suite. It has a 20 foot long window for viewing the forest (with black-out blinds  
if you don't want to get up with the sunrise). It is magical to watch snow falling outside through this window  
while sitting on the king bed with heated mattress pad. The bathroom has dual granite sinks and an extremely  
large steam room that doubles as a shower with dual grohe rain shower heads and two shower massagers  
with unlimited hot water (the home has dual tankless water heaters). There are two large windows in the  
steam room overlooking a beautiful mountain view that can be enjoyed while sitting on the 6.5 foot long bench  
inside the steam room.  
 
The second upstairs bedroom (the sunshine room) has a cal-king bed, two large mirrored closet doors,  
awesome views, an extra long and deep Jacuzzi bath tub, and separate shower.  
 
The large downstairs bedroom has a private bathroom and French doors that give direct access to the deck and  
outdoor hot tub.  
 
There is a 42 inch LCD television in family room with a 5 disc DVD player and over a 100 movies to choose from  
and Sirius satellite radio.  
 
There is a huge deluxe kitchen perfect for entertaining with a kitchen table that seats 8 people (can seat extra  
if needed), a Wolf 6 burner stove and oven, an espresso machine, coffee maker, deluxe waffle maker, griddle,  
high quality cook and bakeware. We provide both casual and formal dinnerware. 
 
The home is equipped with a 6 zone (thermostats in each bedroom) heater/air conditioner with a humidifying  
system, great for keeping the air humidity ideal in dry winter months. 
 
Everything you need for a mountain retreat and much more: Pool Table, Foosball Table, Ping-Pong Table,  
Karaoke, Card Table, Chess Table, Dart Board, board games, 100's of Movies to watch and books to read.  
Massage Chair. Wood burning Stove Fireplace. Massage Table. The upstairs exercise area has two spin bikes,  
treadmill, weight bench, weights, and a full length wall mirror. 
 
Desk, wireless internet access, and printer/copier/scanner in loft. So if you need to work you can. 
 
There are 3 Cal-king beds, and a two queen size Areo extra bed that can be set up in the family room/master  
bedroom or gameroom (we also provide a queen size and king size 2 1/2" memory foam mattress pad will make  
the areo bed very comfy), a Futon bed, and a single chair futon bed. 
 
We have a full laundry/wet room with its own bath for washing off after playing outside. There is a washer,  
dryer, and dry cleaning unit available. High quality towels and linens provided. 
 
Gas BBQ on covered deck and outdoor patio set for enjoying outdoor dining.  
 
Enjoy formal dining or watch snow falling outdoors from the many beautiful new Cal-Tech triple pane windows.  
Curl up on our oversized couch in front of the fire and private 5 acres (which feels like 1005 acres). Relax with  
our massage chair while entertaining yourself with our wide selection of books, movies, and games. We have  
thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

microwave, convection oven, blender etc. 
Two refrigerators; one in game room and one in kitchen so stock up  
before you get here so that you can relax and enjoy our home. 
We have a full laundry/wet room with its own bath for washing off  
after playing outside. There is a washer, dryer, and dry cleaning  
unit available. High quality towels and linens provided. 
The upstairs exercise area has two spin bikes, a weight bench, and  
weights. There is also a treadmill downstairs.

Activities and Attractions

Shaver Lake has great water sport activities, hiking, hunting,  
horseback riding, birdwatching, shopping,  
biking, dining, hot tubbing, 4x4ing, rest and relaxation.  
Lakes with paddleboats and jet ski's.  
Sierra Summit has sking and other winter activities and is about 25   
miles to Sierra Summit Ski resort.  
The hillside in fron of our home is excellent for sledding and  
outdoor winter fun like building snowmen etc. 
Shaver Lake is only 20 minutes and you can actually see the tops of  
fireworks over Shaver Lake from our home as we are directly in front  
of the mountain where Shaver Lake is. 
•	Trapper's at the Point has the best steak on this mountain,  
located in Shaver right on the lake (approx 25 minutes drive on the  
right past lake). If you are in the mood for a great steak we highly  
recommend the prime rib. We like the atmosphere but it is pricey.

Vacation Rental Rates

$300/night (2 night minimum non-peak season- Spring and Fall) 
$390/night (2 night minimum Winter and Summer) 3 nights for $1125.00 peak. 
Holiday rates available on request and subject to availability (3 night minimum). 
Weekly Rate .. $2100/week  (6 night minimum -Peak Excluding Holidays) 
$800 fully refundable security deposit. 
$200 cleaning fee per visit for home and hot tub (covers 4 hours out-cleaning). 
$25 per person charge for occupancy over 10 - MAXIMUM 13 PERSONS. 
The longer your stay the better your rate, please inquire about long term rates.
