Vacation Rental Description

Indigo Sands consists of two ocean front cottages - Sand Kastle 
(2BR) and Sand Dollar (1BR)
  Indigo Sands is located in the Sandy Bay area of Roatan,one of the 
Bay Islands off the coast of Honduras. This property sits on 150' of 
fine sandy beach with it's own dock-great for sunbathing,relaxing or 
to swim and snorkel from. It lies within the Sandy Bay Marine 
Reserve providing a tranquil spot to observe birds,windsurfers and 
dive boats. 
  Many of the best dive sites lie just off the reef and can be 
reached from the beach or nearby dive operators. Watch the 
spectacular Caribbean ocean as the waves lap over the reef - from 
the comfort of a screened porch or sit on the dock and watch the sun 
sink gently into the sea.  Enjoy the tropical garden setting made up 
of Coconut trees, Birds of Paradise, Ginger, Lillies, Almond trees 
and Seagrape or simply bird watch as pelicans do their fly-by's... 
   Sand Dollar is a newly constructed -unique octagonal shaped 
cottage that lends itself to the never ending ocean breezes. The 
main area with it's beautiful vaulted ceilings is a combined 
living/dining room. There is a double/pullout that will accomodate 
two extra guests - for a max. of four guests.  French doors lead to 
the screen porch - the perfect spot to enjoy meals or simply hang 
out in the hammock. 
    The kitchen is bright,breezy and comes complete with a full size 
refrigerator,stove,microwave,coffee maker and grinder, new dishes 
and pots and pans, and of course all the tupperware ever needed!
    The three piece bath is complete with vanity,toilet and very 
large tiled walk-in shower. Personal robes are provided for your 
comfort.
    The bedroom has a double bed,ceiling fan and air conditioning. 
All linens are provided as well as daily housekeeping.
    All rooms -including porch - have ceiling fans.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sand Dollar: Nov.1- Apr. 30   $900/week Dbl. Occupancy
             May 1- Oct. 30   $850/week Dbl. Occupancy
($25 per person extra/per night)
Air Conditioning is $100 extra per week or $15 per night.
50% Deposit to Confirm Reservation
Local Taxes added to above rates.
