Vacation Rental Description

The waves break in front of your eyes from all windows in this condo 
with wrap-around balcony. This is the 1st time for renting this unit!
Located in the town of San Jose del Cabo, this is the place to be on 
the Baja. The downtown is quaint with great shopping,restuarants and 
undergoing refurbishing to maintain the Spanish flavor of the 
buildings. The beach goes on for miles and the new Puerto Los Cabos 
is opening fall/07. La Jolla is a smaller ocean front complex 
walking distance to stores and the bus to Cabo San Lucas. The area 
will steel your heart and you'll be back year after year.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 2nd floor secure condo has a wonderful bright open feel because 
of the wrap-around balcony and windows. Professionally interior 
decorated with it's constant ocean breezes this condo is brand new 
to 
the rental market. From your balcony chair you have unobstructed 
views to the Palmilla or to the Gordo. California-King in the 
master,2-singles(can be a king) in the 2nd bedroom with separate 
bathrooms for each. Sunken living room and master. Kitchen has ALL 
the amenities to prepare your gourmet meals. Lovely dining room to 
enjoy that meal and watch the ocean. 
T.V./VCR/C/D plus small 2nd TV in the master. 
Wireless internet around the common area near the pools

Activities and Attractions

La Jolla has two pools and gardens between the pools in case you 
need a break from the ocean! Get in shape by walking the beach each 
day or try surfing just down the beach from La Jolla. Rent an ATV 
and see the Pacific or the Sea of Cortez. If it's night life you 
want 
hop the bus and go the CABO.
Every restuarant in San Jose is a winner The Mega ( super grocery 
store) is just down the road for all the supplies you might need in 
case you want to stay in.
Lots of golf courses in the area if you're a golfer. 
Or you can rent a car and travel to Todo Santos or La Paz. We've 
been 
all over Mexico and San Jose on the Baja is the only place to be.
