Club which is a Guard Gated community in Palm Desert. Our home is
located on a quiet Cul de Sac. It's 25 minutes from Palm Springs
airport, nestled in the foothills of the mountains, protected from
the continuous winds of the Coachilla Valley. World class shopping,
spas, art galleries, gourmet restaurants and night life of Palm
Desert is a few minutes from your front door. Walking the famous &
ritzy El Paseo Drive is an absolute must.
Our home has 1800 sf, vaulted ceilings, abundant windows, orignal
art and scultures, a surrounding patio with fan for cool breezes and
beautiful views. The patio is totally private for sun bathing au
natural. You're surrounded by stunning interiors; all new Kreiss
furniture; not found in vacation rentals. All your expectations
will be surpassed. Perfect for Romance and Entertaining.
The large community pool and spa are steps across the Cul de Sac.
You're provided a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with amenities also
not usually provided. A large, well appointed wet bar is close to
the formal dining room and den. Games, movies, and a music library
for the sound system plus 4 TVs/DVD players are provided for your
entertainment. No luxury has been spared for your pleasure and
comfort. Both Master Suites have private baths, 900 TC silk sheets,

June 1 thru October 31 ...$260/night...$1,400/week...$4,500/month
Refundable Security Deposit $300-$500 less damage or loss. No
Smoking.
Non-Refundable $100 -150 Cleaning fee
10% Tax if stay is less than one month.
Minimum 2 Night Lease. Full Payment due 30 days before
arrival/before check in - or-
Last Minute bookings funds to clear before check in.
Cancellations: Deposit refunded before 60 days due date(less $100
Administration Fee)unless time slot booked by another vacationer.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults Max. No Children/No Teens.
