Vacation Rental Description

Our beautiful two-bedroom with loft-office Downtown San Diego condo 
is now available for weekly or monthly rental.  

Located in the Marina District, one block from Seaport Village and 
the Seaport Village trolley stop, it affords walking access to the 
San Diego Bay, the Midway Museum, the Star of India, the historical 
San Diego Train Station,  the San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art 
and the San Diego Cruise Ship terminal.

Across the street from the condo is the friendly Brickyard Cafe, set 
in trees next to the trolley stop.  There you can partake in superb 
coffees, breakfast and sandwiches in a wonderful surrounding of 
brick, glass and art.

The colorful Gaslamp District is just six blocks away, 
with hundreds of restaurants and shops, a large movie theater and 
the Horton Plaza shopping mall, and an upscale grocery store.

Petco Park ballpark is two trolley stops away, or a ten block walk.  
Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo are a 10 minute drive.

The condo complex is designed with a beautiful San Diego style 
architecture surrounded by lush gardens and fountains and bordering 
a delightful downtown park.  Its ambience is refined and peaceful, a 
quiet center insulated from the clamor and intensity of downtown 
life.

Our balcony overlooks the park, where you can observe walkers, 
joggers and numerous varieties of downtown dogs and their owners.   
If you're lucky, you can take in an occasional informal soccer game. 

The light filled loft in the condo affords an office away from home, 
with a beautiful desk and comfortable chair, a printer and highspeed 
wireless internet access.  From the loft there is a sliding door 
breezeway that provides access to a rooftop of exciting downtown 
architectural views.

This is a fantastic spot for an executive retreat, a romantic 
getaway, or a fun vacation! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have chosen the most casually elegant of Tommy Bahama to furnish 
the living spaces and bedrooms, and provided the finest in bedding 
and linens.

The kitchen is outfitted with the newest and best appliances, 
dishware and cooking utensils.

We offer high-speed wireless Internet, and a full range of cable TV 
channels, two large screen TVs, 50" in the living room and 32" in 
the master bedroom.

There is a gas fireplace in the living room.

Also included are 2 off the street parking spaces.

January - March $1050/Week
April - June $1250/Week
July - August $1450/Week
