Furnished 3 bedroom (2 queen and 1 double), year round, ranch style
house with 75 feet of lake front on north west shore of Cayuga Lake. Great house to settle in to for your vacation, and use as a home base to explore the Finger Lakes Region. The cottage offers convenience whether you want to take advantage of
great fishing, boating and swimming from the back yard, enjoy beautiful sunrises and
peaceful sunsets or explore the Finger Lakes Region. Living room, sunroom and master bedroom have view of lake. First floor includes fully equipped kitchen (coffee pot,, toaster, microwave,waffle iron, dishwasher), living room with pine floor and stone fireplace, sunroom,master bedroom (with queen size platform bed with memory foam mattress),and walk out french doors to deck overlooking lake. Two additional bedrooms (queen and double bed). Basement includes washer/dryer and paritally finished rec room with sliding glass door with view of the lake and lake access. Deck furnished with patio furniture and grill.

vacation rental rates
Our rates are $1350. Weekend rates are $500 (for two nights). Holidays will include extra charge. Fifty percent of the total charge is due at the time the reservation is made, with the balance of the rent and a security deposit of $400.00 paidat least 30 days prior to arrival. There will be a twenty-five dollar ($25.00), charge for for allreturned checks. Security deposit will be returned to Tenant 14 days after departure upon approval of Owner.
CANCELLATION: All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellation will be honored and deposit money returned if, and only if, property
is re-rented for the same time period and rent. Otherwise all terms of this agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Your security deposit will be refunded. We do not have daily housekeeping services. We can accept Visa or Mastercard via paypal with an addtional service charge. We accept checks only when there is advanced notice of arrival.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am.
