Vacation Rental Description

If beautiful mountain views and perfect weather are what you are 
looking for, this single story town home is where you need to be 
this winter. It is located in Fountain Hills, a small, scenic desert 
community that is ranked one of the top spots to be in Phoenix just 
east of Scottsdale and conveniently only 25 minutes from Sky Harbor 
International Airport. Sweeping mountain views of the Superstition 
Mountains, Four Peaks, and the McDowell Mountains surround Fountain 
Hills. You can be living in your own desert oasis but be shopping in 
Scottsdale in 15 minutes. Our town home is a convenient stroll to 
several churches, the Post Office, the library, major supermarkets, 
cafes, and Starbucks on the corner. Located in a private cul-de-sac 
in the center of town makes an evening walk down the Avenue of the 
Fountains to watch our majestic town fountain a short jaunt. You are 
within a few minutes drive of the world famous Mayo Clinic and 
premier golf courses. This fully furnished "upgraded" unit that was 
designed for our own personal use includes two tiled patios, one 
with a gas grill and large outdoor dining table. You will find your 
new winter place fully decorated in modern desert style and stocked 
with linens and dishes. All you need bring are your clothes. 
The lovely kitchen/family room has a fireplace and kitchen with 
maple cabinets, granite counters, and a stone backsplash. The queen 
sized master bedroom includes a lovely tiled double vanity. The 
guest room includes a small tiled patio and also a tiled bath. You 
will find new appliances including a washer and dryer. The town home 
offers two televisions, DVD, and CD player. You are a short walk 
away from the heated pool and Jacuzzi.

Activities and Attractions

There are many golf courses with 20 minutes. Fort McDowell Casion is 
several miles away along with their beautiful We-Ko-Pa world class 
golf course. Many wonderful resturants are within walking distance 
or drive 15 minutes and you will find an overwhelming number of 
them. How about hiking or 4-wheeling in the four peaks ( 7645‘) 
wilderness area or water sports in Saguaro, Canyon, Apache or 
Roosevelt lake areas, all it takes is another 30 minutes to get to 
water.  Like to check out the “Rim Country”  well  Payson at 4921’ 
is less than an hour away.  Many times in the winter the tips of 4-
peaks are snow white, the view is just amazing.

Vacation Rental Rates

(0ff Season) June 1 to Sept. 30 $1600 per month - $1000/ 2-weeks
(Midseason)  May/October/November $2000 per month - $1300 / 2-weeks
(Peak season) Dec. 1 to April 30th. monthly rental only - $2800
50% is due at booking which is non refundable and the remainder is 
due at check-in. A $250 refundable security, damage deposit is 
required. Cleaning Fee is $100 
Personal Cheque / Money Order or Cashiers Cheque is excepted.
Check-in after 4:00PM and check-out before 11:00 AM
No: pets - maid service - smoking / thanks!
Rates are either for 2 weeks minium or a month as shown 
Discounts for extended stays over 1 month.
