An Authentic Victorian B&B for rent, Key Location! in Cape May

Our tenants love the location of this house.  You can see the beach promenade 2 blks straight ahead.  Wide treelined street, upobstructed views of the ocean from the second floor (it is still 2 blocks away), walk to resturants, shops and attractions 1-2 blocks.  We are also a favorite of the horse/buggy tours.  Be prepared to be entertained on the porch!  Many of our tenants walk by and say "we could have stayed there!."  Now they are repeat tenants.  additional availability info, see rates page.   This is your chance to rent a colorful historic victorian at the shore (this was renovated to be an upscale B&B and became a rental 7 years ago).  The property suits the needs for a vacation rental, beach house, wedding, family reunion or anniversary celebration.  This house is a rare offering with beautiful furnishings,  A typical stay in the summer months is a week. If your family is 16 or less, you can rent just the main
house as pictured 7-8br and 5.5fb. For groups larger than 16, you can rent as many as 11 bedrooms, 9.5 baths, 5 kitchens, 8 tvs.   The option is there to rent one or more of the additional cottages on the property. All of the units are pictured on our web site (or some additional links that

we can priovide.  We can accomodate as few as 2 and as many as 30. Rates page reflects the main house only for up to 16 people.  Additional people would mean renting some or all of the cottages at an additional cost.  We also rent at a discount off season, so spend your holidays and weekends with us.  Off season 650 to 5675.  A typical stay in the summer months is a week. Final prices are determined by the number in your family. Prices peak season start at 800 and go as high as 10750. We would love for you to share your vacation with us. 

The common rooms and many of the bedrooms are quite large - the
dining room sits at least 18! We have seen We have seen many more seated in the additonal chairs provided.  Since the living and dining rooms can open to each other and they have 12' ceilings the space is expansive (but with a home-like comfort). 3 of the 7 bedrooms are large suites are at least 23' and have sitting areas with tv. Al the bedrooms are good sized for a home of this era, no tiny bunk rooms here!  The location is wonderful. If you sit on one of the many porch rockers and look down the street you can see the beach front promenade. We are also in the center of the
historic district and walking diatance to shops, resturants, activities, movies (and of course the beach) and all of Cape May's history and charm. We are a favorite of the house tours, so you
will see plenty of horse drawn carriages. We are a 2 block walk from just about everything.

The house is 130 years old but has undergone a major renovation in the last five years, so there is 4 zone central air conditioning, gas fireplaces, plenty of hot water and gleaming spaces. See
multiple pictures on our web site.  We continue to renovate and upgrade in the off season to assure the comfort of our tenants.  The house is a home, not a musum, so enjoy!

your stay on your second visit. Feel free to call us for more

 Vacation w/us in 2013: The main house is reserved for the weeks of 6/8-8/10, 8/17-9/7.  We do have a speical for a cancellation for the week of 8/10.  Standard fees still apply.  Please email, we have 2 other large rentals.

These rates are for the main house only to accomodate aprox 16 people.  Additional family members would add an additional cost for the rental of 1-4 cottages/sutes that each have sleeping and bath facilities.
