"The Comfort of Home" with a Pool! in Peoria

The rates may be one of the lowest in Peoria, but the quality is not!  This home is beautiful......
Come spend your Arizona vacation in the "Comfort of Home".  After a busy day in the Valley, don’t go back to a small hole in the wall hotel room.  Treat yourself to a fully stocked "cottage" for the same price as a hotel room, and hundreds less than other vacation homes!  Sure, you could spend twice as much in a fancy-dancy vacation rental, but there is no need to do that!  This home has enough space for you to relax, dine and enjoy your time in Arizona and you won’t go broke doing it! 

There is enough room for your family and even a few friends.  You pick your room: one king bed, one queen bed and one full bed.  If you need another bed, the sofa turns into a full size sleeper (We have even added a down-free mattress topper for extra comfort).  Stay inside and play some board games with your family, read a book while your kids play a video game or watch a movie on the big television! 

If you want to get outside, walk 50 yards to the HUGE pool with restrooms, showers and chairs to bask in the Arizona sun.  Right next to the pool is a spacious park with a brightly colored jungle gym for your little ones!

This home is in a great location for all of your outdoor and indoor activities.  It’s a short drive to the Glendale Stadium that hosted the 2008 Super Bowl--near the exciting area of Westgate.  The Peoria and Surprise Stadiums are also nearby.  Golf is all around the valley, so no trouble finding a place to practice your swing!  You can’t get much closer to Lake Pleasant!  It’s just a 15-20 minute drive north from where you are staying! You will be staying near Loops 101 and 303, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the valley!  Tons of theatres, shopping and restaurants close by!

This home was built in 2007 and has only ever been a vacation rental!  Our renters have been respectful and have kept the home in very nice condition.  Call or email to see more pictures.
