Vacation Rental Description

Very nice located beachfront property. This three bedroom garden 
condo (first floor) is very conveniently located within the complex. 
Right between the Waterpark and the nicest playground of the resort. 
This unit is nicely decorated with brand new modern furniture. Fully 
air conditioned (check because other units in the complex are not) 
and is even suitable for handicapped visitors. Our bathrooms have 
just showers instead of bathtubs, which make it easier. It evens have 
a baby bassinet or portable crib ideal for families coming with kids. 
This is truly a very nice resort and our unit is very conveniently 
located in a very quite area, however very close to the action!!!


 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Among the comforts and conveniences provided are:
* Master bedroom furnished with queen-sized bed. It includes a 
Walking Closet. This one includes a portable crib or bassinet(GRACO)
* Second bedroom includes a very high quality Futon Bunk bed with 
Full size lower bed 
and twin size upper bed. 
* Third bedroom includes a very high quality full size futon. 
* 2 Full bathrooms including a hair dryer. 
* Wireless High Speed Internet included. Bring your laptop, you can 
even use it outside in the beautiful landscaped garden. 
* Air conditioning units in all bedrooms as well as in the main 
living area.  Ceiling fans as well. 
* A very nice 32 in. LCD TV Unit with satellite TV service and 
DVD.
* I-Pod docking stereo including remote control. 
* Modern kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances including: stove,
refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, microwave, toaster, 
blender,coffee maker. A complete set of dishes, mugs, glasses, 
silverware, utensils, pots and pans are all provided.
* A kitchen counter includes two 30in high chairs and a formal dining 
table with 30 in high chairs good for seven. Excellent for playing 
cards and table games. We have pocker and several other table games. 
* In-unit washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
* Non-smoking unit 
* 24 hour gated community.
* Must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.      

Activities and Attractions

Vacation Rental Amenities 
We will meet you at the car rental and take you to a supermarket so 
you can purchase some groceries for your stay. Then you will follow 
us to Loiza (approx 15 miles). We will provide a tour of the 
facilities and make sure that you are set before we go. You can call 
us any time during your stay for questions. 
The unit will have clean sheets etc, however we have a washer and 
dryer if you want to wash them during your stay.   
The Aquatika complex offers multiple pool areas (7 pools), including 
a quite pool close to the clubhouse with a beutiful oceanview. It 
also have what we call the waterpark with a resort type waterslide 
which is open during the weekends and holidays. Two other quite pools 
are available, one of them just few steps from our unit. And the lazy 
river is open now. (feb 2008) 
Beachside gazebos and BBQ grills provide the perfect setting for an 
afternoon cookout.  The grounds display beautiful landscape and 
The main club house offers a very nice equipped airconditioned 
fitness room, a covered terrace with tables and chairs with a great 
ocean view. 
Must see closeby attractions:
-The best tropical Rain Forest is just few minutes away (less than 20 
minutes) 
- two brand new tennis courts just finished- 
-Great golf is only 3 minutes away (driving) 
-The very famous La Monserrate Beach is just 25 minutes away
-You can drive for only 30 minutes and take a ferry boat to Vieques 
or Culebra and find some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, 
(Flamenco Beach in Culebra and Red Beach in Vieques)
-Two of the three Bioluminescent bays are close as well. One is in 
Fajardo (about 30 minutes) and the other in Vieques via ferry boat. 
 
2 brand new Tennis Courts just opened. A basketball courts and the mini golf are expected to be ready by March 08.

Vacation Rental Rates

Note: Rates can be change without previous notice
Stay in this resort, enjoy the facilities of a hotel and pay for 1/2 
the price of a hotel. 

- $1100- 1400 per week (seven days and six nights); ask for longer 
stays discounts. Rate includes electricity fee and cleaning fee.
- A $350.00 of rent deposit ( Non- Refundable) is required to 
confirmed the reservation. 

- A $250.00 Security Deposit (Refundable). It will be returned 
before three working days of the check out date. 

- Ck- in 3:00 PM - Ck Out 12:00M
