New Smyrna Beach is located north east of Orlando. About a hour and 10 min. drive from all the
Orlando
attractions and a 20 minute drive from Daytona.
Our home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home is in
the
southern portion of New Smyrna Beach in the no drive zone area. Safe environment for
children.
Miles and miles of white sandy beach for surfing, fishing, biking and all the fun the beach has to
offer. You can
walk or bike to neighborhood stores and restaurants.
Our home is completely furnished and ready for your arrival. Just pack your bags and come on
down. This
home has provided us, along with our children and grandchildren many hours of family fun. A perfect
location
for families with young children. Go to the beach in the morning, come home for kids naps in the
afternoon
while you enjoy quiet time by the pool. Perfect!
