Our luxury high-rise condo retreat is in the heart of the Strip,
offering both a great location and fantastic value. By renting
directly with us you can guarantee a strip view, a balcony, and be
in Tower 3 on a high floor - which has a spectacular view. And,
we will offer you a better price than the MGM.

Our Junior Suite is in the brand new Tower 3, with a spa-like Zen
lobby, by far the most chic lobby of the three towers. Our
unit is located on a high floor with pool, mountain and
Strip views (from New York New York to City Center and Planet
Hollywood (under construction) to Wynn and Stratosphere in the
distance.) We also have a private balcony.

The Signature is a luxury gated property with its own
separate entrance, connected to the MGM Grand via a covered moving
walkway. It is a clean casino- and smoke-free environment with all
the high-end amenities you can imagine. The Signature sets a new
standard for all Las Vegas resorts - it is your quiet private
retreat with all the action and excitement around you & easy access
to everything, including the Monorail. Inside the Signature are a
wonderful Starbucks, deli/restaurant, bar and gift shop. A short 10
minutes walk and you are at Paris, Bellagio and Planet Hollywood/
Miracle Mile shops.
