Southport, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a screened in  
porch and is well located assuring privacy on the water with  
southerly exposure. Only two blocks from downtown Southport and it's  
charming restaurants, botiques and antique stores. Views are of  
lighthouses, Bald Head, and Oak Islands. Maximum 4 Adults, 2  
children. No Pets. Smoking on the porch only.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Elegant and well appointed with antiques and working fireplace. One  
Queen bed, one double  
and two twin beds. Cable TV, high speed wireless DSL, Custom  
pool table,laundry room, Sirius stereo system. Parking. A 145 foot  
pier with seating tops off this property. Great for sun bathing, as  
is the beach on property. A very quiet and elegant neighborhood!

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season Rate: (Easter-November 1) 
Nightly Rate (3 night Minimum) $400 per-night-all linens included 
Weekly Rate: $2000 per week-all linens included 
Two weeks:   $1800 per-week-all linens included 
One Month:   $3500 all linens and cleaning service once per week. 
Three Months $3250 per-month and cleaning service once per week. 
Six Months   $3000 per-month and cleaning service every other week. 
 
Off Season Rate: (November-March) 
Nightly Rate: (3 night Minimum)$300 per-night-all linens included 
Weekly Rate:  $1200-all linens included. 
Two weeks:    $1000 per-week-all linens included.  
One month:    $2850 and cleaning service once per week. 
Three months: $2600 per-month and cleaning service every other week  
Six months:   $2250 per-month and cleaning service every other week.
