East Coast Florida, 5 min. walk to beach. The house is located in a
quaint, seaside family friendly, residential area. Walk to excellent
restaurants, shopping, beach and fishing pier. Nearby reefs are
available for snorkeling and skin diving. Community park with
basketball court, shuffleboard, par fitness course and bocce ball.

Accommodations: Single family home in quiet area. Living room, rec.
room, two master bed rooms, each with individual access to their own
outdoor private patio; two king-sized beds; one guest bedroom with
twin beds; and a daybed in the office. Four full baths with all
linens provided; full size washer/dryer; two central a/c units;
large circular driveway for off-street parking. In addition to main
kitchen, there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, bar with bar
sink, refrigerator, icemaker, fireplace, pool, and secluded jacuzzi
off master suite. Outdoor kitchen, entertainment area and pool are
completely secluded in private courtyard. Backyard area is fenced
in with lush tropical plants.

This beach house is made for relaxation and entertaining, but if you
must conduct business, an office has a second computer with high
speed internet, copy/fax machine and two phone lines.
Gourmet kitchen fully equipped w/ all cooking untensils, sub-zero
refrigerator & freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Three high
definition flat screen plasma TV's in both master bedrooms and
living room. Guest room also has TV. Home Theatre System includes
satellite TV, CD, DVD and VCR as well as two stereo systems. One
master bedroom has computer for your use (as well as office
computer). Ideal home for entertaining indoors or out.

Fishing/ Boating Trips available:
World Cat Boat 26 feet long with two 200 Evanrude moters with
Captian upon availability (Captains fee and gas not included in
rental Price).
Toys: kayaks, bicycles, masks, fins, snorkels, beach chairs,
umbrella, fishing rods and tackle. We also have books, board games
and movies. Tennis, golf course and movies just a 10 min. drive away.

Mandatory cleaning fee: $100 per visit.
$500 refundable damage / security deposit is required and will be
refunded after property is inspected.
50% non refundable deposit is due 30 days before arrival and the
balance is due two weeks before arrival. Holidays must be paid in full not refund
