Fantastic waterfront open canal views. Located on a
60'wide canal, you can bring your powerboat, jet ski, kayak, or what
have you, and dock it right in front in our canal. (We have 2 kayaks
at our unit available for tenants free of charge)

The house has two bedrooms (the master bedroom with a brand new Sealy pillowtop queen bed, the second bedroom with a full-sized queen bed with a single bunk overtop), two full bathrooms, as well as a pull-out queen sleeper and small cot in the living room.

It is fully stocked with all linens and towels, has dishwasher,
microwave, fridge with icemaker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, new full-sized
stackable washer and drier, all utensils and dishes, and a gas bar-b-que.
Also has central air and heat, 37" widescreen satelite tv with 150 channels,
and local phone line. Wireless high speed internet is available at the rec hall, with conductivity as far as the signal will allow. (Reaches unit most of the time)

Located in Venture Out - a 5-star resort/gated community, located
just off US 1 at MM 23, just 19 miles from Key West. Huge 80' pool
heated year-round with separate kiddie pool, jacuzzi, saltwater
swimming area, marina with fuel an boat ramps, fish cleaning
stations, convenience store open 7 days a week, two tennis courts,
basketball court, shuffelboard area, Bocce ball court, and
children's playground.
Recreation hall has darts, book exchange, ping-pong, billiard table,
computer area, and activities such as line dancing, bingo, movies,
exercise events, and TGIF social evenings.

Snorkelling and diving, including the world famous Looe Key Reef.
Several good dive charter companies nearby. Quick boat access to
both the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. Fantastic fishing
including billfish, dolphin (mahi-mahi), bonefish, tarpon, and much
more. Excellent restaurants and many tiki bars earby. Bahia Honda
State Park is narby, and boasts the nicest beaches in the Keys.
Dolphin Research Center, National Key Deer Refuge, and Great White
Heron National Wildlife Refuge are located nearby. Only 19 minutes
from the wild and crazy and totally unique town of Key West, where
there is a sunset party 365 days per year.

$1100 to $1200 per week, plus 12.5% state and local tax. $85 cleaning fee. $45 secutiry
($50.00 Venture Out registration fee for entire stay for the unit, payable upon entry to Venture Out). 10% discount for 4 weeks or more.
