Beautiful Dog-Friendly Home in Tahoe Donner

This charming, non-smoking home is very near (across the street)
from the Tahoe National Forest.

The property is located in Tahoe Donner. There are three bedrooms,
one (master) upstairs and two downstairs. The house comfortably
sleeps 8-10 people, and up to two dogs. Upstairs the master bedroom
has a complete office set-up (computer, fax, printer, scanner,
wireless internet), its own full bath with double sinks and a very
comfortable king bed. Downstairs there is a queen bed in one room
and two double beds in the other. These bedrooms share a full bath.
There is a double sofa-sleeper and a double futon in the
living/great room. (Most beds include down comforters and pillow
top mattresses!) The great room is equipped with a DVD player, a VHS
player for watching movies on the large, flat-screen TV. 

New this year - an xbox 360 with Kinnect!

Off of the back deck is a fenced-in dog area and a wide green belt.
Hike out the back-door through the greenbelt and into the National
Forest for miles and miles of beautiful trails.

Minutes from ski resorts & cross country skiing in the winter,
swimming & hiking during the summer. Guests will have access to the
Tahoe Donner Association facilities which include 3 pools, hot tub,
sauna, 2 golf courses, private beach and marina, and a gym. (Day
use fees apply for some activities.)

Downtown Truckee is nearby
with its quaint shops and delicious restaurants. Reno and Tahoe
casinos are both within an easy drive of the house.
