grandparents or friends that want their privacy.

THIS 2 BEDROOM CAN ACCOMODATE UP TO 5 USING A FUTON MATTRESS OR BLOW UP MATTRESS, ALL LINENS PROVIDED.

Both apartments have porcelain tile-carpet-paint-granite counter-dishwasher-stove. Patio and
enclosed grass yard are just outside front door. Washer/Dryer, BBQ,
Picnic Table, beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, T.V. in both
living room and bedroom. Includes garage parking. Steps to Mission Bay
and just across the street from the Pacific Ocean.

15 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, 5 minutes to Sea World, 1 minute to
Belmont Park Roller Coaster with lots of kiddie rides and games,
Close to restaurants and shopping. water sports rentals are
plentiful, ocean fishing boats are 2 minutes away. La Jolla is 10
minutes away. Mexico is just 30 minutes south and there are
beautiful mountains and the Anza/Borrego desert 1 hour to the east.
