This oceanfront condominium in Palm Coast, Florida is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean within  
a gated community.   Boardwalks from the building provide direct access to a secluded beach. This  
3rd floor unit has a southern exposure and unobstructive ocean views.  Condo has access to 2 large  
swimming pools, one exclusively for Surf Club I units.  Parking available under building  
and outside.  Large elevator access.

- Master bedroom:  king sized bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, desk, ceiling fan 
- Master bath: doouble sink, 2 walk-in closets, tub, shower with massage shower head 
- Both the living room, and master bedroom contain 2 large sliding glass doors with 
   access to the spacious balcony area with an amazing ocean view. 
- 2nd bedroom:  2 twin beds, dresser, ceiling fan 
- Tiled kitchen: refrigerator w/ ice maker, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee  
   maker, expresso coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cookware and bakeware 
- Built-in bar/ counter in kitchen with 4 stools

television. There is a dining area with a glass Ethan Allen table and 4 upholstered chairs.  2
