Bedroom offers a queen bed, two closets and a private bath. Bedroom two also has a queen bed, 
bedroom three has twin beds and a sofa bed is available is the Living Area. 

Part of a quiet, family oriented 4 unit building with raised first floor, Holiday House #2 has a 
large, private covered porch to enjoy sounds of the surf and ocean views with a morning cup of 
coffee, evening drink or

The lower level "Gathering Area" offers a plenty of space to meet with your friends or fellow

Our inclusive rates are like getting a special or discount compared to non-inclusive rates. A Real

Summer Season 7 night minimum exception: 3 night minimum nightly rental available on last minute 
unrented days (one week before arrival date).

A Credit Card number is required at time of reservation for security and will not be used if all 
terms and conditions of Rental Agreement are met and if property is undamaged. 

50% of rental rate Deposit is required.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT OPTIONS: VISA or MasterCard, Personal Checks. Traveler's Checks, Cashier's Checks.

Credit Card Deposit charged on day reservation is made.

Deposit Check must be received within 7 days or reservation will be cancelled. 

BALANCE DUE PAYMENT OPTIONS: VISA or MasterCard (Charged on day of arrival.), Traveler's Checks 
(Received by day of arrival.), Cashier's Checks (Received by day of arrival.), Personal Checks 
(received 2 full weeks prior to arrival date).

Refunds: 

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of monies received as deposit will be 
returned once the property is re-rented for the full amount of the original reservation.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date: all monies are forfeited unless the property is re-
rented for the full amount of the original reservation.
