very quiet and unique vacation home, perfect for both families with 
children and couples looking for some R&R. In fact, there are no other 
homes across the fairway, adding yet another peaceful and tranquil 
element to the surroundings. Throw on top of that the afternoon shade 
from the Southeast patio views, and there is really no other location 
like it.

Nearly 1,700 sq. ft., single story end unit with vaulted ceilings. The 
home has just been completely renovated with a Tuscany theme, 
including a completely remodeled kitchen with granite, stone back

Aside from being located on the 11th hole of the famous Stadium Course 
(original host of The Skins Game and current home of Q-School), there 
are 2 other semi-private/public courses within the PGA West Community: 
the Norman Course and Nicklaus Tournament Course. A few minutes away 
are several other public championship courses including the new 
SilverRock (home of the Bob Hope Classic), La Quinta Resort Mountain 
courses and Trilogy. There are over 50 other public access courses 
located in the Palm Springs/La Quinta area as well.
