Vacation Rental Description

Ormond Beach Model Home, on serene pond with negative edge pool, under cover of Lanai with large 
elevated Palm tree planters at pool's edge.  Barbeque gas grill and dining at poolside. 9 room home 
with 1 king in master bedroom, 1 king in  second bedroom, and 1 king or 2 twin in third bedroom
(daybed w/ trundle).  4th optional bedroom with 2 queen size blow up mattresses, and desk with 
internet access.  2 1/2 baths (1/2 bath in pool area).  No smoking inside home.

Two dining areas - one overlooking pool and pond. Living room with TV, family room with fireplace 
and 62" TV with DVD/VCR. All bedrooms equipped with TV's. Two car carpeted garage with extra 
optional 5th bedroom.  Either room is great play room or game room.  Additional refrigerator in 
garage for extra drinks, etc. Beach chairs and toys, towels and blankets all ready for 10 minute 
trip to the beach. 

Pond includes koy and other fish, ducks, turtles, otters and is groomed to water's edge for fishing 
and feeding.

Literally minutes from everything; 5 minutes E.of I-95 off rt 40, 10 minutes N. of International  
Speedway-Home of Daytona 500, 10 min from Daytona International Airport, 10 min South of Destination 
Daytona Harley Complex, 3.6 miles West of Ocean access.

Full kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes & utensils, pantry & 
spices, refrigerated condiments.

Washer/dryer in laundry room.  Towels and bedding complete.  Barbeque gas grill
