 February and March 2013 are rented.  April through November 2013 is $1200.00 per month.  This includes a social membership tranfer fee which entitles the tenant to use of the clubhouse (sauna, steam room, olympic size swimming pool, nature trails, etc.  It also entitles the tenant to greatly reduced rates on the golf course.  It also includeds the exit cleaning fee at the end of tenacy.  Please keep in mind that the entire calendar month has to be rented (not just a week or two at at time).  The rules of the Homeowners Association do not permit that. December 2013 is $1400.00 per month.  January 2014 is $1400.00 per month.  February and March 2014 are both $3600.00 per month. The December through March prices do not include the social membership transfer fee or the exit cleaning fee.  All tenancies under six month are subject to an 11% Florida sales tax.
