We rent a fully equipped self catering apartment of around 60 square
meters.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, one dinning
room with a sofa that becomes double bed, a living room with another
sofa that becomes double bed or two independent beds (we can also
provide another portable bed if necessary), a fully equipped kitchen,
a bathroom and a storage room. The house is perfect for 2-4 people but
can easily sleep up to seven people if necessary. The apartment is
fully renovated to a luxury condition and has all appliances for a
comfortable stay such as kitchen, fridge, air-conditioning, central
heating, TV etc, and also kitchen equipment, linen and towels.
The apartment is on the semi-underground level from the front part
of the building while it is on the ground level on the rear part of
the building. It has two glass doors on the front leading to a small
frontal balcony and two rear window doors.

The apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard.

Our apartment is in a quiet block but it is located 15 meters from
Tsimiski street, the major commercial street of Thessaloniki, a couple
of blocks away from the white tower and Thessaloniki's beach, one
block away from the International trade exhibition of Thessaloniki and
also close to the archaeological and Byzantine museums. It is also a
walking distance away from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from
the American embassy, from the synagogue of Thessaloniki, and from the
port. You can find everything you need in a walking distance:
Supermarkets, shops, cafes, taverns and restaurants, theater and
cinemas, laundry service, tourist information center, banks, dentists
etc. Around half and hour with the bus there is a nice swimming beach
as well. If you are interested to have your teeth fixed while you are
on holiday we cooperate with very highly skilled professionals that
will give you much better rates from major European countries.Our
apartment is an ideal accommodation place for city break in
Thessaloniki, the second largest city of Greece and the geographical
metropolis of the Balkans.
An hour drive from Thessaloniki is the three fingered peninsular of
Halkidiki.In Kalithea Halkidiki we own the reputable Petra Mare
villas, which are also advertised on this site.We can also
make arrangements for spending a few days of your holidays in our
villas, a walking distance from a great sandy beach and near a
spectacular pine forest.

The rates are 60-180 Euros per villa per night depending on duration
of stay, number of people and season.
